Job summary

Achieving True Self (ATS) seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA services for children and families in Maryland. You will develop, oversee, and adapt individualized treatment plans while mentoring BCBA candidates, RBTs, and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Maryland Behavior Analyst license required.
• Evening availability 2-3 days per week preferred.
• Passion for training, mentoring and helping others grow.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
• New grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with children and families to create engaging learning experiences.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBA candidates and RBTs.
• Train and support families to ensure progress beyond sessions.
• Collect and analyze data, update treatment plans as needed.
• Help shape the future of ABA services with high standards of care.
