Admire ABA in Maryland is seeking a BCBA to lead client services and supervise staff. You will conduct assessments, develop and monitor behaviour plans, and collaborate with families and educators to ensure effective, ethical care.

The role involves guiding programme development, analysing data, and ensuring compliant documentation across settings, with ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• MD license or eligibility preferred for Maryland.
• Experience with children with ASD is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
• Design, implement, and monitor behaviour support plans in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines.
• Provide supervision and training to behaviour technicians and other staff members involved in client care.
• Collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with organisational policies.
• Lead team meetings to review case progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Ensure all programmes adhere to legal, ethical, and organisational standards related to behaviour analysis.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in behaviour analysis methodologies.
