Charm City Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Baltimore to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism. The BCBA will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families.

Competenze

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Licensed as a behavior analyst in Maryland.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Mansioni

• Conduct initial and ongoing functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
• Develop, implement, and supervise individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct supervision and clinical guidance to RBTs and behavior therapists.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Train staff and caregivers on ABA principles.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development.
