Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• MD license is required to practice in Maryland.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and staff is preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with families and schools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored interventions.
• Design, implement, and monitor behavior support plans with ethical guidelines.
• Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals for consistency across settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
• Lead team meetings to review case progress and adjust interventions as needed.
