Job summary

Little Leaves is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in Maryland. Teams emphasize assent-based treatment and family partnership, with reasonable billable targets and strong support from specialty groups.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for BCBA exam within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
