Job summary

Behavioral Connections in Dartmouth, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time on-site role. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and design data-driven ABA programs for learners with language and social deficits.

You will supervise behavior technicians, train families, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure documentation aligns with clinical and ethical standards while fostering a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field and BCBA certification.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with developmental, language, or social deficits in clinical or educational settings.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills in a team-based environment.
• Familiarity with BACB ethical guidelines and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise behavior technicians and monitor treatment fidelity.
