Job summary

Health Here seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services in school, home, and community settings. You will conduct functional behavior assessments and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to learner needs.

You will supervise RBTs, analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust plans to achieve measurable outcomes while collaborating closely with families, educators, and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Board certification as a BCBA
• Strong assessment, data analysis, and behavior plan development skills
• Ability to supervise, train, and coach support staff
• Excellent collaboration and communication with families and multidisciplinary teams
