Job summary

Unlocking The Spectrum LLC in Terre Haute, IN seeks an experienced BCBA leader to guide and develop behavior therapists and collaborate with families to advance autism-focused goals. Master’s in ABA or related field and BCBA certification are required, with 2–3 years in a leadership role.

You will oversee assessments, design interventions, supervise RBTs/BCaBA/BCBA teams, ensure data-driven programs, and maintain a positive, compliant clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field; BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 2–3 years ABA leadership experience supervising staff and clients.
• Proven ability to design, implement and monitor behavior programs with data collection.

Responsibilities

• Commitment to excellence for all BCBA services.
• Oversees and is present with the Center staff, clients, parents and guests.
• Design, coordinate and oversee assessments and interventions for autism.
• Trains and supervises RBT, BCaBA, BCBA and Team Leaders in multiple areas.
• Monitors professionalism, programming implementation and data collection.
• Performs physical duties and crisis intervention as needed.
• Fosters a positive work culture for employees, clients and parents.
• Ensures accurate billing procedures and manages caseload.
