Job summary

Unlocking The Spectrum in Texas is seeking a highly motivated BCBA to serve as Clinical Leader. You will lead and mentor behavior therapists, collaborate with families, and foster a positive environment for clients and staff.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, 2–3 years of leadership experience in ABA, data-driven reporting, HIPAA compliance, and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Human Development).
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of leadership experience in ABA, supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clinical staff while maintaining a high standard of clinical quality and team morale.
• Develop behavior-therapy programs and supervise their implementation for children/adolescents with autism.
• Coach staff, families, and caregivers on ABA principles, programs, and protocols.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting.
