Job summary

Enspirit Healthcare, LLC in Indiana is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead high quality ABA services, supervise Behavior Technicians, and coordinate case management for clients and families enrolled in our ABA program.

The BCBA will plan, implement, and monitor ABA programs, use data to guide treatment decisions, train caregivers, and collaborate with a licensed psychologist in accordance with the NC Psychology Practice Act.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification must be in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one year working with children with autism.
• Supervision experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to implement functional assessments and behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral interventions in individual and group sessions.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians on staff.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and ABA programs.
• Conduct VB-MAPP/ABLLS or equivalent assessments at intake and periodically.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and attend family/team meetings.
• Maintain timely documentation and progression notes.
