ABA Centers of Florida in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role. Starting rate of $85K per year, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

You will lead skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, supervise RBTs and caregivers, and perform functional assessments to guide interventions. The position emphasizes mentorship, clinical leadership, and opportunities to advance within a growing ABA provider

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Other typical BCBA activities
