Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Timonium, MD, is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical oversight and develop effective treatment plans for children. You will supervise RBTs, analyze data, and collaborate with families and schools to drive progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and BACB credential required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach and passion for helping children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill‑acquisition programs
• Analyze data and make data‑driven treatment decisions
• Provide caregiver training and support
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Treatment plan reviews
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs
