Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership in Maryland, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans while supervising RBTs and collaborating with families and schools.

You will analyze data, ensure data-driven decisions, and support caregivers with training and resources. The role emphasizes mentorship, professional development, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
