Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for children. You will provide clinical supervision to RBTs, monitor progress, and ensure data-driven decisions are made to improve outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, schools, and other professionals, along with ongoing documentation and caregiver coaching to maximize progress and independence.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
