Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership and supervision for RBTs. The role includes developing individualized treatment plans, coordinating with families and schools, and ensuring data-driven decision making to advance client progress.

Ideal candidates hold BCBA certification, a Master’s in a related field, and experience with children. The team emphasizes collaboration, ongoing mentorship, and professional growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
