Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Maryland is seeking a certified BCBA to lead assessments and design individualized treatment plans for children. You will supervise RBTs, develop behavioral interventions, analyze progress data, and train caregivers while collaborating with families and schools.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, data-driven decisions, and ongoing professional development within a supportive team. A strong focus on family-centered care is central to this position.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
• (Must have) Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews and updates.
