Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey, LLC in Freehold, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise ABA programs for children and families. Compensation is determined by experience, with a high value placed on education and credentials.

Qualifications

• Masters degree
• Active BCBA certification, required
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Other typical BCBA activities
