ABA Centers of New Jersey, a leading ABA provider in Freehold, NJ, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role. Final compensation is based on experience, with a relocation package up to $10K and comprehensive benefits.

You will design, supervise, and optimize behavior-analytic programs for children and families. Expect a supportive environment with smaller caseloads, AI-driven efficiency tools, ongoing mentorship, and clear paths for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Masters degree (preferred)
• Active BCBA certification required
• State licensure process to be initiated before start date
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Clean background/drug screening and driving record

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Other typical BCBA activities
