ABA Centers of New Jersey is a leading ABA provider in Freehold, NJ, seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will design and supervise ABA programs, perform assessments, and guide RBTs and caregivers to deliver high-quality care for children with autism.

Formación

• Masters degree required from an accredited program.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Initiate state licensure prior to start date.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of ABA programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments (preference, functional, staff performance, etc.).
• Supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly.
• Carry out other typical BCBA activities.
