Job summary

Abilities Unlimited ABA is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in Clarksville, Tennessee. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, a manageable caseload, strong RBT support, and direct access to leadership.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with schools and families to improve client outcomes, with potential for future clinic expansion in Clarksville.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Current Tennessee licensure or eligibility for Tennessee licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making.
• Effective communication and leadership skills; ability to supervise RBTs.
• Experience in home, school or community-based ABA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans when appropriate.
• Supervise, train, and provide clinical guidance to RBTs.
• Conduct direct observations and protocol modification.
• Review client data and adjust programming based on progress.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with schools and care teams when appropriate.
• Monitor treatment integrity and clinical quality.
• Complete required clinical documentation.
• Support generalization of skills across environments.
