Job summary

Abilities Unlimited ABA in Clarksville, Tennessee is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. You will conduct assessments, develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and partner with schools and families.

We offer a base salary of 85,000–92,000, up to 10,000 bonus, a manageable caseload, strong leadership access, and a path toward clinic leadership as we expand in 2027.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Current Tennessee licensure or eligibility.
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to supervise and support RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans where appropriate.
• Supervise, train, and provide clinical guidance to RBTs.
• Conduct direct observations and protocol modification.
• Review client data and adjust programming based on progress.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with schools and the care team when appropriate.
• Monitor treatment integrity and clinical quality.
• Complete required clinical documentation.
• Support generalization of skills across environments.
