Job summary

Abilities Unlimited ABA in Clarksville, Tennessee, is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our clinical team. The role offers autonomy, a manageable caseload, strong RBT support, and direct access to company leadership.

This position also supports future center-based expansion in Clarksville, with a base salary of $85,000–$92,000 and a potential bonus of up to $10,000 annually. Flexible work across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold current BCBA certification.
• Tennessee licensure or eligibility required.
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to supervise and support RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans when appropriate.
• Supervise, train, and provide clinical guidance to RBTs.
• Conduct direct observations and protocol modification.
• Review client data and adjust programming based on progress.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with schools and other members of the client's care team when clinically appropriate.
• Monitor treatment integrity and clinical quality.
• Complete required clinical documentation.
• Support generalization of skills across environments.
