Abilities Unlimited ABA in Clarksville, TN is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. The role offers clinical autonomy, a manageable caseload, strong RBT support, and direct access to leadership as we expand into center-based services.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment plan development, supervision of RBTs, collaboration with schools and families, and maintaining documentation; compensation ranges $85,000–$92,000 with up to

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Current Tennessee licensure or eligibility.
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to supervise and support RBTs.
• Commitment to individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans when appropriate.
• Supervise, train, and provide clinical guidance to RBTs.
• Conduct direct observations and protocol modification.
• Review client data and adjust programming based on progress.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with schools and care teams as clinically appropriate.
• Monitor treatment integrity and clinical quality.
• Complete required clinical documentation.
