Job summary

Abilities Unlimited ABA in Clarksville, TN is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing clinical team. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop and monitor ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with schools and families.

The role offers a competitive salary range of 85,000–92,000 per year plus up to 10,000 in annual bonuses, with a caseload of approximately 8–10 clients and potential growth into a Clarksville clinic.

Job description

Abilities Unlimited ABA is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in Clarksville, Tennessee.

We are a locally owned ABA provider serving children and families in home, school, and community settings. We are looking for a BCBA who values clinical autonomy, a manageable caseload, strong RBT support, and direct access to company leadership.

Abilities Unlimited is also preparing to expand into center-based ABA services in Clarksville in 2027, creating future opportunities for clinic-based work and leadership as the company grows.
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $85,000–$92,000 per year
Bonus: Up to $10,000 annually
Location: Clarksville, TN and surrounding service area

What You'll Do

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Current BCBA certification
• Current Tennessee licensure or eligibility for Tennessee licensure
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Ability to supervise and support RBTs
• Commitment to individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment

Experience in home, school, or community-based ABA is preferred, but BCBAs coming from a clinic setting are encouraged to apply.
