Job summary

Abilities Unlimited ABA in Clarksville, Tennessee, is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. You will conduct assessments, develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with schools and families to improve outcomes.

The position offers clinical autonomy, a manageable caseload (8–10 clients), access to leadership, and opportunities to grow with a clinic expansion planned for 2027.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Current Tennessee licensure or eligibility for Tennessee licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making are essential.
• Effective communication and leadership skills are required.
• Ability to supervise and support RBTs is needed.
• Commitment to individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment is required.
• Experience in home, school, or community-based ABA is preferred; clinic experience is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans when appropriate.
• Supervise, train, and provide clinical guidance to RBTs.
• Conduct direct observations and protocol modification.
• Review client data and adjust programming based on progress.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with schools and care teams as clinically appropriate.
• Monitor treatment integrity and clinical quality.
• Complete required clinical documentation.
• Support generalization of skills across environments.
