Job summary

Abilities Unlimited ABA in Clarksville, Tennessee is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position serving in home, school and community settings. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Current Tennessee licensure or eligibility for Tennessee licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making.
• Ability to supervise and support RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans when appropriate.
• Supervise, train, and provide clinical guidance to RBTs.
• Conduct direct observations and protocol modification.
• Review client data and adjust programming based on progress.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with schools and other members of the client's care team when clinically appropriate.
• Monitor treatment integrity and clinical quality.
• Complete required clinical documentation.
• Support generalization of skills across environments.
