The role offers a salary range of $85,000–$100,000 per year for a full-time position, with opportunities for professional growth and leadership within a growing ABA organization.

Qualificações

• Master's degree required, BCBA certification active
• Initiate state licensure before start date if required
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to need for behavioral intervention
• Be willing to supervise BCBA certification candidates weekly
