ABA Centers of Florida, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the Jacksonville area (Green Cove Springs). This role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children and families with autism, designing and supervising behavior-analytic interventions, and ensuring data-driven progress.

You will lead assessments, supervise RBTs and caregivers weekly, and collaborate with a skilled clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure before start date, if required.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
