ABA Centers of Florida, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Jacksonville, FL. As a BCBA, you will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise RBTs and caregivers, conduct assessments, and support the growth of our clinical services. Strong leadership and ongoing professional development are emphasized.

The role requires a Master’s degree, active BCBA certification, and eligibility for state licensure. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also expected.

• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date if required.

• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference, functional assessments).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
