Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC in Lowell, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. We emphasize assent-based treatment and partner with families to set up success in school and life.

We offer both part-time and full-time positions, a comprehensive benefits package, and generous professional development supports. A Master’s degree or higher and BCBA certification are required or anticipated within three months.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required or in progress for BCBA eligibility.
• BCBA certification or expectation to sit for BCBA exam within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for families.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately.
