Bright Light, part of the Sevita family, seeks a Behavioral Analyst, BCBA, to develop behavioral plans and deliver therapy to participants. This role involves collaboration with a trans-disciplinary team, maintaining ethical guidelines, and coordinating care across living and community settings.

The position requires a Master’s degree in psychology or a related field, BCBA certification, and at least five years of experience with behavior management in applied settings; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in psychology or related field is required.
• Five years of experience working with special populations in behavior management is required.
• Board Certification Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Develops behavioral plans and provides behavioral therapy and other therapeutic services.
• Coordinates with supervisors during development, implementation, maintenance, and generalization of behavioral change.
• Maintains least restrictive treatment guidelines in the application of behavioral techniques.
• Directs program participant contact in activities of daily living, behavior management, and social skills.
• Provides therapy and Active Treatment programming in residence, with community-based sessions as needed.
• Submits weekly logs with objectives, strategies, and results.
• Consults with staff, insurance providers, lawyers, and family on progress and recommendations.
• Participates in family education and therapy and in trans-disciplinary treatment planning.
