Job summary

Sherwood Autism Center is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to contribute to our nonprofit mission, supporting adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will join a collaborative team and lead interventions, training, and program development in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Observes clients, makes recommendations and models interventions.
• Conducts functional behavior assessments and develops behavior intervention plans.
• Develops and delivers professional development for staff.
• Develops instructional strategy materials (reports) to support staff.
• Onboards new students and collaborates with the client’s service team.
• Develops data collection systems to track behavior and progress toward goals.
• Collaborates with outside service providers for new onboarding students.
• Participates in monthly consultation meetings to discuss barriers and initiatives.
• Develops and participates in staff trainings, workshops, and presentations.
• Fosters a cooperative environment to maximize productivity and morale.
• Provides training and consultation to external partners on behavioral analytic principles.
