Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Savannah, GA, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role to lead clinical services. You will design, supervise, and evaluate ABA programs for children and families, with direct supervision of RBTs and caregivers.

The position offers a starting rate of $95k per year, relocation assistance up to $15k, and growth through our ABA Academy. Compensation is determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing BCBA supervision to clinical staff and supervise RBTs weekly.
• Oversee treatment planning and ensure fidelity of programs.
• Perform functional behavior assessments and data analysis.
• Collaborate with families and school teams to optimize outcomes.
