Job summary

North Arrow BCBAs is seeking a qualified BCBA to provide supervision and implement ABA programs for children with autism in clinical and home settings. The role includes program development, data collection, and family training with a focus on individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include supervising behavior technicians, attending ABA training, and collaborating with the Executive Clinical Director. A Master’s in ABA and active BACB certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and an active BACB certification.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians in ABA programs.
• Experience providing one-on-one ABA in clinical and home settings.
• Willingness to travel between clients within Northern Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement one-on-one ABA programs for children with autism.
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and trainees.
• Lead training on DTT, behavior reduction, and data collection methods.
• Participate in regional and company-wide meetings and professional development.
• Maintain caseload management with flexible hours from 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday.
