Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the United States (Maryland area) to join our expanding team and help provide life-changing services to children with autism. This role emphasizes designing and implementing ABA programs using VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.

We offer a salary range of $88,000–$94,000 per year plus bonuses, plus unlimited PTO, student loan repayment, maternity leave, and ongoing education with CEUs.

Qualifications

• BCBA with a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA programs for children with autism.
• Utilize VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments to guide interventions.
• Provide ongoing data collection and program modification based on progress.
