Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time work in Wisconsin. The role involves designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism, using VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments, and applying DTT and verbal behavior strategies.

We offer a salary of $82,000-$88,000 per year plus bonuses, along with unlimited PTO, loan repayment, paid maternity leave, a $1,300 learning stipend, and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior methodologies.
