Job summary

Proud Moments ABA, a leader in behavioral health, is hiring BCBA clinicians in Maryland. We offer full- and part-time roles with a strong support network, flexible schedules, and resources to focus on evidence-based ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum.

As a Proud Moments BCBA, you will design and supervise targeted interventions, collaborate with families, and contribute to a multi-tiered clinical team. Competitive pay, a retention bonus, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (state dependent) or preparing for exam within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Strong ethics, confidentiality, and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to improve client behaviors.
• Collaborate with families to convey assessment results and treatment plans.
• Provide supervision, training, and orientation to behavioral technicians.
• Monitor progress and advocate for clients when concerns arise.
• Maintain data collection and charting with advanced tools.
