Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time or part-time clinical expert. You will develop and supervise interventions for children with autism and collaborate with families to explain assessments and treatment recommendations, supported by a strong clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA license or in-process for next 3 months; students welcome.
• Experience with ABA with children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Share in client achievements as positive behaviors and skills emerge.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Provide supervision, support, training, and orientation to the team of technicians.
• Physically engage with clients during sessions and activities.
