Accurate ABA in Bowie, MD is seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to drive ABA programs and supervise staff. You will assess behaviors, design BIPs, and collaborate with families and professionals to promote skill generalization across environments.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practices, ongoing training, and staying updated with the latest ABA research to improve outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities and related needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• BCBA certification and Maryland license required or in process.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a behavior analyst preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other assessments to identify functions of behavior and plan interventions.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs based on ABA principles.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing training to technicians and therapists.
• Monitor client progress by collecting data and adjusting interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and professionals for consistency.
• Provide monthly parent training.
