Step Forward ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Melbourne, Florida to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with Autism. You will develop individualized treatment plans and provide clinical supervision, engaging with clients of all ages.

This role requires a Master's degree in a relevant field and valid BCBA certification. The position offers a salary range of $80,000–$115,000 and a supportive work environment with benefits like 401(k) matching and PTO.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or national equivalent in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Valid BCBA certification and licensure in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and assistants.
• Deliver direct services to clients across various age groups.
