Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut is seeking a licensed BCBA for a full-time position in Glastonbury, CT. Design and supervise behavior-analytic programs for children with autism and coordinate with RBTs and caregivers to ensure effective interventions.

The role includes conducting assessments, supporting BCBA certification efforts, and maintaining high-quality care within our clinical infrastructure. Relocation consideration and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure before start date.
• Valid driver's license and transportation.
• Background/drug screening and driving record must be clean.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments for intervention needs (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA activities.
