Academic and Behavioral Support LLC is seeking a dedicated BCBA to supervise a caseload and develop individualized behavior plans for clients with autism. The role requires data-driven assessment, collaboration with therapy teams, and adherence to BACB ethics.

Located in Brookfield, CT, the BCBA will work in in-home, clinic, or school-based settings with a flexible schedule, including evening hours. A BCBA certificate (or enrollment in an ABA Master’s program) is required.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certificate from the BACB or currently enrolled in an ABA Masters program.
• Reliable transportation to travel up to a 30 mile radius.
• Available to work at least two evening hours per week.
• Complete and pass a criminal background check.
• Flexible schedule around client needs; assignments may be in-home, clinic, or school-based.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a caseload of clients with Autism spectrum disorder.
• Develop and supervise data-informed behavior plans and implement as trained by supervising BCBA.
• Monitor progress and summarize data regularly.
• Collaborate with therapists and stakeholders across interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliant clinical notes and documentation.
• Model and ensure adherence to company policies and BACB ethical code.
