Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, Michigan seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead evidence-based ABA services for children with ASD. You'll develop individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification required.
• Current Michigan LBA credential or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor individualized ABA programs and behavior plans.
• Conduct and interpret clinical assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Use learner data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment programs.
• Provide supervision and coaching to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
• Train families in ABA principles, treatment programs, and behavior strategies.
• Provide direct ABA services when clinically appropriate.
• Participate in parent, treatment team, and stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with the Associate Clinical Director, therapists, families, and other providers to support quality care.
• Support staff development, engagement, and retention through feedback and training.
• Maintain BCBA supervision and productivity requirements.
• Complete clinical documentation, data collection, treatment plans, and billing accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, Michigan licensure requirements, HIPAA, and Hope Network policies.
• Advocate for safety, rights, and well-being of individuals served.
