Job summary

BPIABA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide essential therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with Autism. You will oversee therapy programs, mentor Behavior Technicians, collaborate with specialists, and manage your caseload in a hands-on, interdisciplinary environment.

Required Master’s in ABA and active BCBA licensure, with 1+ years of BCBA or ABA experience preferred. The role involves in-person work across homes, clinics, schools, and community settings, with flexible

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis is required
• Active BCBA certification and licensure is required
• One or more years of experience as a BCBA preferred
• One or more years of experience in ABA preferred

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise Behavior Technicians in clinic, home, school and community settings
• Collaborate with families, schools and professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Develop and maintain client programs, perform data analysis and adjust interventions
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and create behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy as needed
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and supervise staff according to BACB guidelines
