Succeed ABA is hiring BCBA professionals to lead supervision and develop ABA curricula across in-home, school, and community settings. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, design curricula, and implement data-driven changes while supporting families and clinicians.

The role emphasizes growth, leadership, and a collaborative clinical culture with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification.
• LBA license required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training ongoingly.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
