Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in the Seattle area. You will design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism and collaborate with families to drive progress.

The role requires an active BCBA certification and a master's degree in ABA or related field, with hands-on experience using VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related discipline
• At least one year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism
• Hands-on experience with assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA
• Solid working knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism
