Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Seattle-based clinical team. You will design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and support staff to drive meaningful progress.

The role requires BCBA certification and a master’s degree in ABA or related fields, plus hands-on experience with VB-MAPP, Vineland, and other assessments.

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification and a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related discipline.
At least one year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
Hands-on experience with assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA.
Solid working knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies.

Responsibilities

Design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism.
Conduct standardized assessments and measure progress.
Collaborate with families and support staff to drive meaningful progress.
