Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high‑quality Applied Behavior Analysis services for children on the autism spectrum across multiple states. BCBAs will design treatment plans, supervise technicians, and support families.

Responsibilities include conducting intake evaluations, developing treatment plans, supervising technicians, and communicating progress to families while ensuring compliance and progress toward individual goals.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certificate.
• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and a valid driver’s license.
• BCBA (Required)

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Design treatment plans of care
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
• Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries
