Job summary

BEST BUDS ABA THERAPY is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children and families in the United States, with a focus on meaningful outcomes and work-life balance.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients with developmental disabilities and autism. A flexible schedule is offered along with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation.
• Prior experience supervising and performing diagnostic evaluations.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and records.
• Ability to collect and analyze data for behavioral intervention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and caregivers.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
