Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise clinicians delivering ABA therapy to children with autism. The role emphasizes person-centered, assent-based treatment with strong family engagement and data-driven decision making.

We offer comprehensive benefits, a substantial 20‑hour minimum weekly billable target, and quarterly bonus opportunities. Master’s degree plus BCBA certification or exam readiness are required, with 2+ years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification or expected BCBA exam within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Licensure or certification as required by local statutes.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Ensure safety of clients and others involved in each case.
• Analyze data and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
